In a question directed to the Austin Kids Day Hotline.....As an official representative for Austin Kids Day I can tell you that we are all about giving back to the kids and the community and creating an environment where kids can be kids and families can have fun, shop, learn, create awareness for 501(c)3 organizations, play games, interact, and just have a good 'ole Texas Time! There is also a food drive for Capital Area Food Bank- bring 10 cans and receive a FREE event poster!
If you are not familiar with the Riverbend Centre, check it out- http://www.riverbendcentre.com/ it is the most amazing venue! We can take advantage of the indoor & outdoor space to keep the heat a non-factor. This strategic format allows a greater experience for the patron.
